Welcome to Ms Munroe's Film Class!

“A film is never really good unless the camera is an eye in the head of a poet.”

 Orson Welles quotes

Dear Parents and Students,

I'm very pleased to be teaching film and working with your son or daughter. The Fine Art options provide exciting opportunities for students to foster self confidence, stimulate courage, encourage creativity, learn about themselves, others and the world around them. Fine art is a powerful tool that bridges the link between reflection and action. In my class students will learn to think about the art form critically, explore curricular connections, and engage in authentic learning experiences (like performances and field experience trips). Through all students will develop valuable performance and social skills.

I am honoured to be working at Forest Lawn High School this year. I consider it a privilege to be able to be a part of your child's development. Thank you for reading this, I look forward to meeting you. Please contact me here.
